JOB RESULT AREAS 1) Successful Design and Implementation of Performance Management System to transform the organization into a high performance unit 2) Organisation Development / Transformation from People driven to Process driven 3) Talent Management – Strategy and Policy on Training, Skill upgradation and Employee life cycle management PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES – Program Development, Administration & Project Management  Ensure that each role is well written with job descriptions – Role Description  Ensure that Each role has a written process listing and description of each process that has to be performed  Ensure that each role has a defined KRA  KPI development (Probing questions for KPI selection, value driver concept mapping, value flow analysis, selection of KPI based on objectives, KPI balancing, and cascading), target setting and running benchmarking analysis.  Reporting catalogue development (including KPI documentation, data collection forms and primary and secondary input sources data analysis).  Data visualization - Designing KPI dashboards and scorecards.  Data collection, analysis and reporting (data gathering communication, working with KPI data custodians, report compilation, KPI trend analysis, and reporting commentary).  Performance review meetings for KPIs and initiatives (review meeting preparation, facilitation and follow-up, and initiative progress documentation and review)  Performance analysis of actual performance versus targets across the organization to identify causes for divergence from forecasts and provide timely reports and recommendations to management (including analysis of feedback surveys for different stakeholder groups)  Corrective Actions Management - Identify corrective actions for deviations from targeted performance (for KPIs and initiatives) and monitor their implementation.  Managing cross-functional initiative/project dependencies and critical paths  Assessing KPIs (assessing the reliability of the KPIs and recommending improvements).  Manage the performance management process ensuring all Management & Administrative leaders and employees are informed, trained and coached on all aspects of mid-year check-ins, year-end calibrations and performance ratings, goal setting, etc. Design performance calibration sessions to ensure objective talent decisions are made in a fair and transparent manner  Coach leaders on writing performance reviews and holding meaningful ongoing conversations with their employees  Partner with senior leadership to set and properly cascade effective company goals  Build and manage project plan for performance management processes, systems, training, communications, etc., including goal setting  Conduct an assessment of technology options, identifying the right solution that will drive the strategy, and implement that technology in a way that will balance with other Talent/HR technologies Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications  English fluency - All education including schooling must be from English medium  Effective oral, written and presentation skills  Ability to work successfully without close supervision.  Information management & Eye to detail  Decision-making, planning and analytical skills.  Good interpersonal skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical people.  Good documentation skills with technical information.  Analytical and problem solving skills  Good team player; ability to collaborate well with others.  Strong and supportive leadership qualities Job Type: Full-time
