Your role to supplement the Organisational goals:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for all new hires for the specific region, ensuring seamless integration into the organisation.
Manage the onboarding process for all new hires, including completing paperwork, verifying information, and ensuring all documents are properly filed on HRMS.
Provide an updated list for Insurance, visiting cards, ID cards,HRMS for further processing and ensure that the employees receive the same.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the North & Odisha Region in alignment with organizational goals and compliances.
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the North & Odisha Region, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Ensuring a positive work environment and adherence to company policies by all.
Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to execute training and development programs for employees in the North & Odisha Region.
Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning for North & Odisha Region employees.
Monitor HR metrics and trends in the North& Odisha Region, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
Who we are looking for:
Education: Bachelors or Masters in HR
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR preferably in non profit sector
Excellent communication skill with fluency in English and Hindi
Can work independently with little supervision.
Based out of Bhubaneshwar and open to travel in the Orissa & North Region.
Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organisation.

Lighthouse Communities Foundation works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods and a vision of socio-economic transformation. The Lighthouses are run through a public-private partnership that empowers the Government, Corporates, NGOs and Citizens to work together towards changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the Lighthouse centres is taken care of by the Government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. With penetration in more than 400 of the 500 odd slum communities of Pune, the program has now expanded to other cities viz. PCMC, Dombivali, Aurangabad and also States viz. Delhi, Odisha and in Hyderabad.
