About you & What you’ll do:

Talent Acquisition:
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Manage the talent acquisition process, which will include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
You are excited to be able to make an impact in making Mediaqart a hiring brand in India, and appreciate the importance of that brand to it’s hiring success, as well as the tremendous and direct impact which you’ll have on influencing the culture of the company.
You will set up and utilize ATS reports , dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results

People Operations:
Effective Employee-Data management.
Handling the end to end process of an employee’s life cycle, which may include but not limited to on-boardings, off-boardings,performance-management, Payroll-analytics, Employee-engagement, etc

What you’ll need:

A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in Talent-acquisition or HR-Generalist role preferably at a Tech Startup.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in mentoring and managing a small team.
Experience recruiting for high volume and variety of roles and levels
Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections
Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
