Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR policies, practices, and employee lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in HR operations, pre-boarding + onboarding, documentation, and HRIS systems
BGV check and verification
Coordinate and track onboarding, confirmation and exit formalities
Assist in the execution of HR policies and practices
Basic data analytics and reporting to support HR dashboards and reviews
