Job description
Liaise with Hiring Managers in order to effectively close the requisitions both full-time and
contingent (contract) positions
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional
networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
New Hire Engagement - Keeps the candidate engaged through constant communication during the
period between offer acceptance and joining
Track the progress of requisition fulfilment, no-shows, and new joiners on a regular basis and
provide necessary insights to the leadership team
Coordination for Background checks with BGV agencies, as needed.
What you ll Bring:
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures including vendor management,
contract staffing empanelment
Proven experience interacting with various stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates,
vendors, etc.
Good understanding of the external marketplace and recruitment trends
All About You:
3-6 years of experience in technology hiring (IT recruitment)
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to interact with senior managers in different business units
Data analysis experience
Quick Learner, positive attitude, and excellent team player
Strong networking skills with the capability to build effective relationships with candidates and
various internal and external stakeholders.
