Job Responsibilities:
Actively involved in the recruitment process. This is a challenging and varied role that would suit somebody who is looking to gain hands on experience in the recruitment arena.
Assisting in drafting job descriptions, paper advertisements and advising on the recruitment campaigns.
Advising managers on offer roll outs and actively involved in offer negotiations too.
Participating in campus placements across IT and Non-IT domain.
Reviewing applications with the concerned manager and managing the interview and selection process.
Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
Genuine interest in developing a career in HR
Strong oral and written communication skills
An interest in working/interacting with people across departments
Ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
