Onboarding:
Co-ordination with employees for joining forms and documentation
New file creation and completion and maintenance of a tracker for the same
Printing of Appointment Letters
Scheduling, co-ordination, attendance tracking for inductions
Background Checking:
Initiating to closure for any new cases
Follow up on documentation and clearing pending cases
Ensuring timelines are met by the vendor and internally
Exits:
Managing end to end exit processing
Managing the last working day formalities
F&F & managing timely roll out of absconding letters, relieving letters
RMS:
Work on and close RMS queries related to policies, practices, payroll & benefits within TAT
Payroll:
Work closely with the Payroll Manager to prepare inputs
Data:
MIS and data maintenance for HR Operations
Monthly reports/dashboards
Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Technical Skills Basic Excel / MIS
