Roles and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for complete HR and Admin activities of the company with an employee strength of about 250+ employees and 9 work locations.
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of employee management-
Recruitment Sourcing, Interview scheduling, on boarding & Induction Process
Assisting in drafting and Implementing of HR related policies,
HR resource training & development,
Payroll processing, Statutory Compliances, Bank Coordination related thereto,
Attendance Monitoring and employee grievance redressal & report submission thereby
Rewards & Recognition,
Exit & Clearance processes,
Adherence to all HR related statutory compliances including Employee Mediclaim renewals as well as gratuity processes
Provision of data to Auditors and or any other stakeholders relating to HR & related statutory
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database of Recruitment and other HR-related work.
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, and recruitment files.
All the Admin activities mainly relating to
Company owned vehicle management, office administration, travel management, office relocation, and facility management of various offices and so on.
Good user knowledge of MS Office and HR applications.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be hardworking, honest, and sincere to the core, with a zeal to work and achieve greater heights.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience (Logistics industry preferred)
