Preparation of Job descriptions.
HRIS, MIS. & Handling all HR Management Activities.
Conducting interview & taking part in all interview conducting at Unit.
Ensure compliance under all statutory provision of various labour legislations.
Handling the obligatory compliances under various provisions of statutory laws (Submission of various returns, coordination with legal authorities under Labour Laws like PF, Factories/ Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour & Workman Compensation.
Handling Grievances and Warning letters to take appropriate disciplinary actions.
Representation of the management to sort out the matters relating to Industrial Disputes.
Manage the Time Office Functions & ensure timely disbursement of Salary & wages etc.
Checking daily time office records to make it strict and sure.
Handling all administration work.
Preparation of month wise employees report (Left, Join & Salary).
Controlling of Salary & Administration Budget.
Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave.
Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.
High standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention. Excellent follow-up skills.
