Effective communicator with deep understanding of HR objectives
Handling HR operations of Head office and Units of the company .
Taking care of joining, on -boarding and induction of all new joinees of company
Handling leave and attendance records of employees.
Handling PF and Gratuity of employees
Taking care of Exit formalities followed by exit process related documents .
Handling Recruitment related activities like preparation of job description, screening, shortlisting resumes, co-ordination and conducting initial rounds of interviews.
Taking care of Payroll of staff and payroll software SAP
Drive Competency development of employees through structured interventions.
Develop strong succession pipeline through talent conversations
Analyze people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement.
Dynamic leader with integrity towards organizational objectives
Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans in co-ordination with operations leadership to assure alignment with business strategies and needs of the organization.
