To ensure timely hiring of resources as per defined timeline for an effective employee life cycle to achieve smooth business objective
Manage end to end recruitment process for respective vertical/zone- sourcing, screening, shortlisting and assessing candidates.
Planning and conducting Interview in coordination with ZM/RM/Department head
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Field Employee Engagement (ORM)
Tracking Productivity & Performance
HR Operations
Expense Monitoring & Tracking, Incentive Payout
