The Assistant Manager – Human Resources is responsible for managing HR operations for Dover Fueling Solutions India. This position reports to the India HR Head
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operational Excellence (40%)
Induction / onboarding (End to end till group induction)
Insurance coverage / new additions / dependents / mid term
Payroll input upload, salary validation and bank upload
Statutory compliances and HR Audit
Monthly MIS reporting
Offboarding and clearance
Preparation of Training calendar
Policy and Procedure formulation
Review of HR tools (Spine attendance, HRBerry / Stohrm payroll portal)
Townhall meetings
Employee grievances and HR discussions.
