Manpower Requisition: Responsible for generating Manpower Requisition Sheet to respective HODs and understand the mandate / requirement of the vacant / new position.
Preparation of Job Description for Each Position.
Search and source candidates by means of job portal, employee referral, advertisement, social networking etc.
Build and maintain rapport with vendors (recruitment consultants).
Screen and short list resumes and conduct preliminary telephone interview to understand candidate's interest level and credentials matching with the requirement.
Team Management: Supervise team members and ensure proper recruitment process is being followed.
Scheduling Interview of short listed candidates in coordination with the respective HOD.
Follow up with short listed candidates till he / she joined on-board. Maintain and update manpower database for future needs of the company.
Post Recruitment on board activities ensure employees are provided with their placing, JD, and overall employee satisfaction.
Send Daily / weekly / monthly MIS report.
