Job description
Desired Qualification:
1. University Graduate
2. MBA - HR / MPM / PGHRM
Experience:
Minimum 5 years to 10 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The candidate will be responsible for employee life cycle management processes like onboarding of the employees, joining formalities, timely confirmations and renewals and exit process management.
2. The candidate will be responsible for complete recruitment cycle i.e. from sourcing till final onboarding of the candidate.
3. Responsible for the various employee engagement activities of the unit.
4. Maintaining and working on various HR MIS reports which will enable management initiate business decisions.
5. Provide support to the Management in preparation of annual HR budget
6. Will be responsible for handling various HR Administrative functions of the department.
Desired skill sets:
1. Very good team player
2. Good at analytical skills
3. Presentable and good at communication skills
4. Hands-on knowledge of MS Office and internet operations
