Job Description
Candidate will be based at R&D center of pharma formulation & bulk drugs of reputed pharmaceutical / bulk drug company at Thane.
Candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR functions incusing recruitment to reliving & maintaining up to date MIS and reports.
You will be responsible for planning and execution of periodical performance appraisal.
He will also coordinate and conduct training performance and employee engagement performance.
Candidate required profile.
Preferably Science or Pharmacy Graduate, MBA in HR (Full Time) function in pharmaceuticals or bulk drug plant or at R&D center.
Candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR functions at R&D center of pharma formulation & API Bulk Drugs including recruitment to reliving / exit.
You should good in planning and execution of performance management & appraisal on time.
You should have good experience in conducting training performance and employee engagement activities at plant v& R&D center.
You should good in submitting periodic reports & MIS to head office & higher management.
