Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screen resume
Conduct telephonic interviews
Reference and background check
Forecast Man Power Requirement to the hiring managers
Coordinate interview with stake holders
Follow- up on the interview status
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicate the Employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Complete timely reports on employment activity
Conduct exit interviews
Hands on experience on preparing SOPs/Hr Polices
Should be well versed with payroll
Working knowledge of IR procedures
