Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of the Performance review and development process for the business / corporate.
Recruitment specialist- Bulk Recruitment- Multilingual Recruitment- Manpower Vendor Management- Manpower Planning- Employee Engagement Activities- Statutory Compliances- Attrition Management- Day to day HR operations
Ensure that the operational staff is always motivated by conducting various employee engagement activities.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
To handle all statutory compliances with regards to HR (ESI, PF etc) and ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents and monitor compliance to requirements.
Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.
