Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.) and develop effective recruitment strategies
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
Assist with payroll processing
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, organizing team building activities
Organize half-yearly and annual employee performance reviews
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee
turnover rates
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Key Skills:
Proven experience of handling 200 manpower strength and high volume hiring
Understanding of employee lifecycle and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong TAT in closing positions
