Job description Roles and Responsibilities Implements HR plans, policies, programs, and tools in partnership with leaders to build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business. Assist in rolling out performance management to all managers, employees to ensure that feedback and evaluations are completed on-time, by guidelines for every employee. Support manager and senior HR to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site, including poor performance improvement, PIP discussion, training need identification, termination etc. Support the implementation of group and global recognition program. Ensuring PMS process is well executed, especially annual processes (timely and objective Goal setting, pay reviews, performance reviews). Driving employee engagement. (Knowledge sharing, Team building activities etc.) Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction. Develop and nurture professional relationships with peers, colleagues, business, and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategies in line with Employee engagement survey. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment. Create a robust employee network. Oversee implementation of HR processes at the location, ensuring compliance with Areteans Group policy and guidelines. Provides feedback and inputs on relevant local requirements in discussion with regional HR of UK, ANZ region into the development and implementation of new or improved processes/products/services. Partner with business leaders to understand and identify learning requirements for both individuals and critical talent. Measures and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions to demonstrate business impact. Assist in designing Career Path and Role Trajectory keeping in mind critical areas such as succession planning etc. Deliver day to day HR management relationship for employees, including employee welfare, counselling, grievance redressal, disciplinary processes; Facilitate changes. Carry out training and communication on HR strategy, policy, and processes when necessary. Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, conduct and analyze exit interview, observe trends, and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards. Creating and managing the EE team's annual budget Assist in HR projects, system implementations in line with organizational and business demands. Desired Candidate Profile MBA in HR with 4+ years of experience as HR Business partner. Must be customer-focused, have excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must deal effectively with ambiguity, displaying approaches to solving problems in a dynamic organization. Ability to accurately interpret and apply policies and procedures to resolve HR administrative issues. Ability to proactively resolve issues, exercise good judgment, ownership, prioritization and display strategic and critical thinking. Proficiency in PMS, Employee Engagement and ER. Experience with HR Information Systems a plus. Must be able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects. Pleasing & Approachable personality Ability to work in a complex, changing business environment.
