Roles and Responsibilities
100% focus on Recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect, Induction, Orientation of the new joiners,Support Target and incentive rollout, grievance handling, Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on productivity, minimizing attrition candidate have knowledge of payroll, salary all localities, Recruitment,
Assist in the implementation of the Performance review and development process for the business / corporate.
Ideal Candidate holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in RECRUITMENT(50%) AND GENERALIST(50%).
Coordinate various initiatives taken up by the CHRO / Head HR from time to time for eg employee connect/ employee engagement activities, etc.
Manages key HR Processes, working closely with the Business Teams as an HR Business Partner for on-time delivery of. # Induction and onboarding.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Ensure that the operational staff is always motivated by conducting various employee engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female with Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Professional Self-driven, Good negotiator, Street-smart, Team player, Out-of-the-box-thinker, Open to unlearn/relearn
MBA in HR preferred
Should have effective communication and Comprehension skill.
Candidate Must be a graduate with min 5yrs of experience in HR functions
Should be good at Framing the job descriptions working respective managers.
Should be able to take up the responsibility of HR Department.
Should have experience of managing other functions of HR.
