One should have experience in managing bulk hiring, HR documentation, Admin related activities supporting the Head Admin and Corporate HR team.
One should assist in day to day operations of the Human Resources department.
Help in recruiting contractual and permanent staff by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
Vendor Management, Understanding of PF , ESIC and other HR Policies and compliances.
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
