We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management. Role Overview: As Assistant Manager HR for the Company and assume total responsibility for the function. Be knowledgeable with Talent Acquisition across different levels as per business needs, ensuring the right hire for the right job. Support current and future business needs through Talent Management. Monitor and manage overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs. Calculate, Monitor & Adhere to the HR budget in consultation with management. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Manage Recruitment costs by adopting right talent and sourcing channels. Map and scan relevant industries for sourcing talent. Deliver on manning targets, within cost, quality, and turnaround times. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers. Talent Management Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization. Developing & deploying systems & processes - to streamline & effectively execute the operations. Conducting employee orientation, induction and facilitating new employees joining formalities. Offer Negotiation and roll out of offer letter to candidates. Handle Exit Process the full and final settlement of the employees. Effectively handle employer branding both internally and externally. Work with strategic talent and positions to create and maintain a good organization culture. Manage the HRMS tool GreytHR for required aspects of Talent Management. Payroll Coordinating & Managing the process of timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements. Recording, maintaining, and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality. Handling Queries regarding payroll. Monthly Leave & Attendance Management. Statutory Compliance Management Statutory Compliances: Adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labor Legislations (Shops & Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, PT etc.,) HR Records & MIS & HRMS (GreytHR) Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance. Utilize the HRMS tool to maintain all records as applicable and update the same regularly. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee. Generation and Recording Monthly HR MIS Reports and sending the same to Management. Maintaining all HR Reports & Documents. Experience: Proven working experience as HR Professional for 4 to 8 years. Result driven with ability to deliver on tight deadlines. Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics. Proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel. Exceptional Written & Verbal communication skills. Knowledge of HR Systems and Database. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
