1. Responsible for recruiting excellent staff
2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
3. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
4. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
5. Preparing yearly employee engagement activities calendar and budgeting
6. Should be actively involved in planning and executing employee rewards and recognition
7. Coordinating with the internal and external teams
8. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
9. Creating clear and concise reports.
10. Should have knowledge of various HR related Software (Like zoho)
11. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
12. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
13. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
14. Proactive in planning and executing monthly newsletters
15. Should be self-motivated
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Experience in human resources or related field.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Ability to give presentations.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
