Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company
culture.
Sourcing and Screening resumes using various job Portals, Database, references etc.
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, negotiating salaries
Maintaining employee records like joining formalities , exit formalities etc.
Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts
Organizing staff on boarding training, Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in human resources.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to self-learn
Comfortable with high speed working under pressure
Bachelors degree in human Resources management
Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
