We are hiring for IPM Department -API.
Experience :2-10 years
Work Location :R&D Center , pashamylaram
Conduct of patent and literature search using database such as scifinder, Total patent one, arc intelligence, New port, IPD analytics, STN database and other free database for mainly US, AU, BR, CA, SG, IN, EP, ZA, NZ, TH, CO and other countries.
Evaluating market entry for products considering exclusivities and patent issue.
Preparing patent evaluation report and updating the same regularly.
Updating of granted patent and patent application in US, EP, WIPO and IN weekly
Infringement or FTO analysis before any commercial activities.
Patent drafting for IN, US, AU, CA and other interested countries.
Patent prosecution in various countries like US, EP, AU, CA, IN and other countries.
Rectifying emails from business development teams regarding IP information of blocking patents.
Patentability analysis against inventions carried out from formulation & Development team.
Preparations of patent portfolio reports and maintain highly accurate & up to date records against all activities.
Litigation summary of ANDA products by using Darts IP and IPD analytics other free data base.
Assisting in examiner reply.
Keeping IPR legal knowledge up to date as per current changes.
Keep updating litigation cases with respect to products.
