Job Description About the role and how you will contribute: Planning & Budgeting Prepare / provide inputs for Annual Plan and budgets for department Support Head HR in planning and execution of organization’s talent strategy related to current and future needs, development, retention, and succession planning Talent & Performance Management Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, critical, and senior roles; collaborate with departmental heads / managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Manage complete employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, induction, probation confirmation, employee benefits, transfers, promotions and separations through existing HR systems and processes Update Workday by initiating necessary action on Addition / Deletion / Update of Employee data by virtue of Employee Joining / Separation / Promotion / Role or Compensation Change Facilitate the timely completion of Performance Management Process i.e. Goal Setting, Mid-Term Reviews, Year-end Performance Reviews, Feedback Sessions, Merit Increase Process, etc. for all employees Plan and implement global as well as local Talent Management initiatives such as Career Discussions, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and other employee development interventions Lead Learning and Development programs / initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees through internal / external trainers / agencies ; Monitor and manage training budget; maintain training records / MIS Ensure role specific Job Descriptions are updated from time to time
