ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Talent Acquisition – Be able to source hairdressers, beauty therapists, front desk executives for company salons & close any back office open positions with minimum TAT. (along with the Team). Provide support to franchise salons for hiring or people development issues
· Joining Process - Create On boarding schedules for new employees and inducting them to the organization.
· HR Activity : Prepare Appointment Letters / Contracts and complete Reference Checks for new joiners.
- Address employee queries on salary, compensation, training, etc.
· - Maintain excellent lines of communication with employees to ensure that any employee related potential issues are immediately brought to management attention
- Assist in the identification and appropriate corrective action (including dismissal if necessary) for individuals whose performance or actions are not in line with management expectations and company values.
- Closely work with all salon managers – this is a key process to understand & control attrition causes
- Employee engagement – Help create conditions in which employees offer more of their capability and potential. Integrate each division with another and develop a culture of hand holding through Outbound, picnic etc.
- Drive result oriented work culture, feedback to each employee with short, interim and long term goals.
· Culture building- Drive right culture & BBLUNT values in both the network to have the right representation of the brand.
· Rewards & Recognition- To recognize good performers, & promote good behavior.
· MIS – Updating employee database from time to time, update database for all applications received, leave tracking system.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
· Nurture a positive working environment.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Miscellaneous activity in purview with BBlunt Culture & People performance.
Compliance : Have salary & compliance understanding to highlight corrective measures & work around employees PF & ESIC requirements along with Consultants.
Medical Insurance : Keep tap on giving regular updates on Insurance process, claims & annual renewal.
Take additional Requirements / Projects as guided by Management for right enhancement of people & processes.
Tale Salon Visits to be in line with the front line Team.
Education : Graduate from any stream with Human Resources specialization
Experience : Minimum 7-year experience in Human Resources
Additional Skills desired: Creating and maintaining employee relationships, Self-motivated yet customer-focused, Proficient in recruitment and data maintenance, highly target oriented with experience quality work.
