JOB DETAILS
1) Recruitment: Manage the Employee Referral Program to support the recruitment team
2) HR Operations:
a) Accountable for end-to-end completion of HR Operations Issuing the offer, appointment letter, submission of inputs to vendors, managing exit formalities, implement HR policies etc.
b) Coordinate with vendors and ensure successful completion of monthly payroll processing and leave management, statutory compliance and background verification.
3) Undertake and complete additional responsibilities assigned from time to time
Work Relations :
1) This position would report to the Head HR
2) Works closely with school staff across the country and vendors managing payroll, leave, statutory compliance and background verification.
Key Success Factors:
1) Ability to multitask and manage a range of responsibilities with accuracy & patience.
2) Ability to meet deadlines for all processes
Technical Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 4 years experience as an HR Generalist
Knowledge of labour laws applicable to HR Operations, Payroll and Leave Management
