Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Ensure completion of new joiners Induction and Orientation.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle.
• Ensure that HR policies are implemented across the locations and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Act as the point of contact regarding policies, salary and compensation and day to day HR activities.
• Report to the Senior HR Manager with employee grievances.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Monitor periodic employee engagement activities.
• Support process improvement and document management within the HR team.
Skills and Requirements:
• Master s Degree and 1+years of previous experience in FMCG; experience in HR Compliance, Onboarding, Background screening.
• Demonstrated understanding of HR Policies, Practices, and Legal Regulations
• An ability to manage a large volume of varied requests and deliver with accuracy and speed.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Demonstrable leadership abilities and teamwork.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• An eye for detail and ability to work on data.
