This is IC Role your responsibilities will include :
Compensation Planning and implementation, Benefits, Payroll Processing and Vendor Management, Performance Management, MIS Reporting, Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances, Updating HR Policies, Business Partner.
- Facilitating the transition to biometrics for attendance
- Experience in workday or SuccessFactors or peoplesoft
- Strong understanding of compliance matters pertaining to PoSH, PF, Taxation, Shops and Establishments Act etc
- Maintain effective working relations with all key stakeholders including HR leads of various units
The Successful Applicant :
You have a Masters degree from a reputed business school with an overall experience of 6-10 years mostly in a specialist operations payroll role.
