Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing guidance to resolve conflicts. Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Policy Development and Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring policies and procedures are compliant and up-to-date. Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address legal implications of employee relations matters. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Implement proactive measures to identify and address potential employee relations issues. Performance Management: Work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure effective performance management processes. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Employee Engagement: Partner with HR and business leaders to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee relations cases. Prepare reports and analysis on employee relations trends and issues. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience in employee relations roles, with a focus on complex conflict resolution, preferably in the BPO industry. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and diplomacy. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
