Role Definition :
Responsible for hiring right talent, managing people, execution and implementation of all human resource interventions keeping the business objectives in forefront, upholding culture values and mission of the organization. Managing people as well as workplace culture & environment for increasing individual's productivity and efficiency which helps the organization to achieve its overall goals/ strategies.
Responsibility Deliverable:
1.Hiring/ Attracting right talents at right time and Achieve Recruitment goal
2.Implementation & Execution of HR Activities pertaining to life cycle management
3. Identifying the strengths and improvement areas of individuals and design and implement Individual Development Programs
4.Plan and execution of employee engagement, Supporting and Coordination of Training & Development, Taking feedbacks
5.HR Analytics, data Analytics, Competency development and Assessment
7. Manage other operational activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
