Compensation & Benefits : Establish and monitor operational performance standards in compliance with company policy, procedures and guidelines. Implementation of entire performance management cycle for the group along with the guidelines which includes designing the processes, finalizing the schedule and dates, freezing the deadlines. Coordinate with Head of Departments for timely completion of the appraisal process. Employee Relations and Development: Organize quarterly employee engagement activities in a planned and frequent basis to strength employee bonding in the organization. Ensure effective employee relations issues (e.g., grievances,); act as primary point of contact between functions/ Business by answering all employee queries in a timely and effective manner. Build strong employee value propositions that attract, develop, reward and retain top talent. Execute Rewards and recognition process and program for the organization. Compliance: Policy formulation/communication and roll out of Policies on a timely basis. Review and implement HR policies and program across organization. Periodically review HR policies, programs and practices for regulatory compliance. Maintain up to date knowledge of local HR laws, regulations and issues. Recommend appropriate business solutions to these issues and problems. Coordinating with the Finance Division at appropriate stages for implementing salary scales. Planning and implementing annual salary increments. Recruitment: Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Conducts job interviews for various job positions or key jobs in the organization Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Excellent Written and verbal communication Excellent negotiation skills Job Interviewing Skills Managerial and leadership skills
