JOB DETAILS
The role of a Talent Resourcing Analyst is to support the Head of Group Recruitment and the UK Recruitment Team through research of general and specific talent markets, to identify candidates to be approached for career opportunities at Knight Frank
Research and reporting
Headhunt and source candidates from multiple job boards, LinkedIn, our recruitment database and corporate websites.
Produce market maps and talent insight reports based on sector, service line and/or geographic location.
Ensure all records including the company database are meticulously kept up to date.
Think creatively to develop non-traditional sourcing strategies.
You will become an expert in candidate management and identifying the top talent in the market.
Recruitment support
Support the Head of Group Recruitment on delivery of strategic HR projects.
Provide general administrative support to the UK Recruitment Team.
Skills & Experience required:
Experience in managing multiple projects, to tight deadlines.
Customer service, research, recruitment or resourcing experience would be of interest.
Experience of working collaboratively within teams and being a proactive contributor.
Confident user of Excel
Personal skills
Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team.
Strong IT skills.
Pro-active, hands-on and a strong sense of self-motivation.
Naturally inquisitive and enquiring mind; enjoys solving puzzles.
