Assistant Manager - HR
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire an Assistant manager - HR
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise HR operations encompassing employee lifecycle management, payroll oversight, and maintenance of HRIS data.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data within HR systems and records.
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Collaborate with diverse teams to drive HR-related initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to derive insights for optimizing HR operations and efficacy.
Remain abreast of HR regulations and best practices to guarantee compliance.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all HR-related records, including employee contracts, compliance forms, government filings, and vital documents.
Recruit potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and partner with hiring managers to identify the most suitable candidates.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
