"Urgently required a Male Candidate for the post of Assistant Manager - HR (Gurgaon) location"
# He must be from " Power" , "Energy", "Infrastructure" PWC (State and Central) Industries.
Effectively yield various types of recruitment analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance.
Recruitment specialist- Bulk Recruitment - Multilingual Recruitment- Manpower Vendor Management - Manpower Planning - Attrition Management - Day to day HR operations Candidate should be capable of fulfilling requirements.
Candidates should have minimum 5-7 year of exp. bin Recruitment
Using various sourcing methods including portals, references, database search to find strong candidates, screen and hire the best available internal resources.
Conducts candidate sourcing and application screening, designs and implements recruitment strategy, interviews, negotiates offers with candidates, and assists with facilitation of the onboarding of new employee
Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
# He must be from " Power" , "Energy", "Infrastructure", Road Construction or Road Projects (NHAI, NHAIDCL & Other PWC (State or Central) Industries.
# He must have 5 to 7 years of experience in POWER, ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS.
