JOB DETAILS
Responsible for the end-to-end Employee Experience in the Location (Employee Life Cycle Management)
Source, Screen and enable Selection of a Candidate as when there is a requirement from the business - Coordinate with the Central Talent Acquisition Team as required (dotted line reporting to the Recruitment Head of the Company)
Onboard and the Orient the Employee to the companyculture
Be the Single Point of Contact for all the Employees of the location
Support the statutory team from the Head Office as required
Understand, listen to and redress Employee Grievances
Connect with Employees through various forums including but not limited to 1:1, Skip Level and FGDs
Document the feedback from employees and coach managers and employees to enable a Positive environment and maintain a High-Performance Culture
Drive R&R, PMS, and other Fun@Work Initiatives
Engage in retention conversation along with managers
Conduct and Document Exit Feedback for the employees
Specific Requirements:
Should have handled HRBP roles/Location HR Roles for a minimum of 200 employees
Should have a good understanding of Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, and Selection of Employees)
Understanding of Statutory Aspects of the state is preferred
Knowing the Local Language of Tamil is a plus (Also knowing Kannada/Malayalam is an added advantage)
Age Limit: 30
Should be flexible to work on weekends (2 Saturday/month)
Should be open to travel/relocate within or outside the state as required
