Purpose - Broad objective of the role
As a Business HR, the incumbent will be responsible to drive key HR projects and act as the COE for HRBP team in supporting the central initiatives. Manage execution of HR strategies & plans, policies and processes related to recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and talent management; drive operational efficiencies related to productivity, people policies & practices, employee engagement and regional HR issues to improve business outcome. Work to institutionalize processes outlined by policies and drive ownership within employee groups.
Key Responsibilities
Execute HR Strategy in line with business imperatives as per defined milestones.
Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in consultation with the business head.
Facilitate roll out of ESAT roadmap for business and effective implementation of plan.
Act as HR Consultant, analyze, insights derived from data analytics (productivity, span of control) & build cost efficiencies.
Develop human capital plan to execute business goals: define needs, organizational profile, and build talent mindset within organization.
Design and deliver creative HR solutions that assist in sustaining a positive working environment to foster employee engagement.
Technical Competencies
Experienced in HR systems, processes, and managed stakeholders including various COEs in HR as well as functional stakeholders.
Adept at using HR technologies and tools for data analytics and solutioning.
Learn in a mature but complex organization with varied People Policies & Practices
Innovative thinker and practise an out of the box problem solving approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Minimum qualification & experience
Work experience
3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years as BUHR
