Full job description
1. Talent Acquisition based on job specification/description and complete on-boarding process within set TAT.
2. Strong recruiting ability and finding suitable candidates according to requirement, create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system,
3.Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications, perform reference checks and make job offers.
4. Prepare HR documents, completing onboarding and exit formalities of all employees.
5. Manage Payroll activities, attendance sheets and performing timely accurate calculations of monthly salary sheets.
6. Managing employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
7. Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Oversee daily operations of the company as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
