The team is originally from China and expanding rapidly globally with 8 branches in Russia, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam,Kenya,etc. we are now hiring a skilled HR expert for our division in India named Rupeebus with abundant experience in delivering result oriented HR solutions for fast paced organization. He/she will act as an inside compliance officer to ensure our local HR policies and practices aligns with federal and regional laws in India, and a liaising bridge between local employees and head quarter company in China to ensure the consistency of organization culture, and also he/she will work with country HR Manger to build business driven HR force to help activate local business yields. HR Manager Job Responsibilities 1.Working as an inside compliance officer to ensure the HR policies and practices aligns with federal and regional laws in India; 2.Liaising with outside HR agents and outsourcing team inside the company to develop effective management system for both; 3.Taking active participation in daily HR activities including but not limited to recruitment,training, C&B, appraisal management, employee relationship management, etc.; 4.Supporting in the localization process of HR administration policies and projects from the HQ company. Job Requirements 1.5+ years' experiences in HR full functions practice, especially in C& B management, Performance management, employee relation management, etc, leadership experiences is preferred; 2.Abundant knowledge in HR-related laws and acts of India federally and regionally ，alsowith experiences in handling labor disputes; 3.Be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions; 4.Should be self-motivated, independent, highly systematic, and possess strong management skills; 5.Since this is an individual contributor role at first stage, one should be open to handle regular HR admin work, like social insurance staff, payment calculation, etc.
