JOB DETAILS              
Key Responsibilities He /She should Able to manage multiple Properties Hr Function's and co-ordinate with all Unit HR's • Responsible for Staff recruitment All our hotels • Managing vacancy intake sessions with the hiring community to gain a detailed understanding of the candidate and role profile and to advice on sourcing strategy. • Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after getting the Requisitions. • Assistance in writing approved jobs specs in line with legislative requirements. • Working with the Recruitment Coordinators to ensure there is appropriate levels of sign-off prior to commencing job search • Attending role briefings with the hiring manager and Direct Recruiter in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the role and agree the optimal sourcing strategy • Bench-marking and screening external candidates and developing high-quality candidate shortlists for Hiring Manager review • Managing the candidate selection and interview process making use of the Recruitment Coordination team in line with the agreed process • Actively managing the offer stage in line with client policies • To ensure that hiring cost is maintained as per hiring budget allocated with proper utilization in best effective manner. • To ensure that all open positions are closed within TAT. • Campus hiring: formulating & implementing fresher hiring plan. • Sourcing right candidates from various portals like Naukri/ Times/Monster etc and do regular job posting on LinkedIn. • Working out on remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees & executing the same. • Conducting Interviews & coordinating the entire recruitment and selection process. • To do Joining Formalities, Prepared a Welcome/Induction kit. • Exit interviews - Advice corrective measures with regard to problem areas. • Sending the weekly recruitment reports to the head HR & hence keeping track of the recruitment objectives & follow-up with selected candidates on joining time i.e. coordinating for complete joining formalities. • Handling Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC) • Labour compliance All Statutory related compliance's i.e. PF, ESIC, PT, Employment Exchange and Labour related issues & Returns. • Processing salary for all employees in IDS, GratyHR, WINHMS, software. Note: Those who have Hotel Experience can apply for the Job.
