Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
Office facilities management.
Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by the CEO
Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Any task that will be required and deemed necessary
Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
Ability to work with a broad range of people including board members, foundation staff, colleagues of the CEO and staff, and others.
Excellent in management, time-management, travel logistics and problem-solving skills.
