We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Admin
Create purchase strategies that are innovative and cost-effective, Managing and updating company databases
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of Inventory
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs.
Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Inventory reports
Book travel arrangements- Air/ Train/ Bus tickets, hotel, taxi etc
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire office
Responsibilities HR
Payroll processing of employees like maintaining employee attendance, leaves, salaries
Recuitment
On-boarding process of new employee
Arrange training & development program for all employees
PF & ESIC calculation
Updating employees policies as per employee act & labour act
Managing Social Activities like birthday celebration, festival celebration
Performance Calculation for Awards & Rewards
Exit Formalities
