Handling Recruitment & Screening & onboarding of employees
· Handle day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Provide clerical and administrative support
· Handle Leave & Attendance of Staffs & Worker
· Induction & Training to New Joinees
· Preparation of Appointment, contract, Trainee, Confirmation & Increment letters
· Performance Management System
· Handle Exit Interview & F&F Settlement
· Coordinating with Consultant for PF & ESIC procedure of employees
· Employee Engagement Activities.
· Handling Different Vendors, Contractors & outsourcing consultant.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
· Payroll Management of Staffs & Preparation of Wage statement of worker.
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes of meeting
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
