Provident Fund
Maintaining Petty Cash entries & making Vouchers.
Salary issue, maintain salary register.
Coordination with office boy & House keeping.
Maintenance of AC, Pest Control ,Water , EPABX, FIRE EXT, Computers to be maintained.
Maintain records and valid status of all statutory factory licences / MIDC permissions / Sub lease etc.
Procure and coordinate for all NOCs between landlord / other departments MIDC , MPCB etc.
Courier updates on a daily basis.
Order office stationery and supplies.
Maintain internal databases.
Submit expense reports.
Keep employee records (physical and digital) Muster roll filling from Fingerprint machine.
Prepare regular reports and presentations.
Organise, store and print company documents and filing systems as needed.
Make travel arrangements and bus service
Handle queries from managers and employees.
Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Manage staff appointments.
A well-stocked and properly maintained first-aid box.
