JOB DETAILS
Admin & HR Executive responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions & Administrative activities to provide a high level of support for executives in the workplace, including Vendor Management & Scheduling Meetings, Reminders.
· Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and database.
· Update internal databases with new hire information & Onboarding.
· Involved in Recruitment – Initial Rounds of Interview.
· Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
· Act as the point of contact for Admin Related Queries.
· Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
· Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
