JOB DETAILS
Interviewing, Recruiting, Onboarding of New Hires, Documentation, and completing the exit formalities for leaving candidates.
Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department.
Enter employment data into database and maintaining personnel file records of the employees.
Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal.
Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management
Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence.
Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
To look after administration function.
Assist with ad-hoc queries.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant in HR required
3 to 5 years’ related HR and administrative experience.
Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Solid understanding of MS Office 365.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
