Key Responsibility Areas-Admin & HR Executive.
Handle Front desk & Provide general support to visitors & Clients & Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Make travel arrangements air tickets, Hotel booking, taxis
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders & take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data of the meetings
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Monitor IT of office and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Monitor Courier incoming & outgoing research advantageous deals or suppliers
Follow up for statutory compliance as & when required
Organize staff lunch, birthday celebration,Outings
Handle Printing work for the company & all its branches
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Submit and reconcile petty cash & other expense reports
Managing Company profile on social media & for the company & all its branches
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Maintain up-to-date employee monthly attendance records & Maintain salary register, issue offer letter, appointment letter , salary slips to team member whenever required.
Design compensation and benefits packages
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
To take add on responsibility as & when given from seniors
Requirements and skills
Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
