Job description
Crusoe is looking for an experienced Admin Executive for our company's Hyderabad branch.
-Hands-on experience in various Admin & HR activities
-Ability to handle overall admin activities, supervise administrative staff
-Maintain office assets (office, infrastructure, equipment etc)
-Should be conversant with labor laws, and statutory compliance
-Should know legal record maintenance requirements
-Should have reasonable knowledge on pay structures
-Handle recruitment process
-Assist in Employee benefits program
-Maintain payroll processing
-Willing to do business travel (campus recruitment drives etc)
Required Candidate profile
-Male candidates are preferred
-Dynamic, self starter and outgoing personality
-Excellent time management skills
-Strong collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Should be Good at MS Excel and written communication in English
-Fluency in English is must
-Must be able to speak Telugu
-Candidate should be living in Hyderabad
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Admin and HR departments
Education: min Graduation needed
Age limit: max age limit is 36 yrs
Salary Range: 3 to 4 Lakhs per year
Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday
